This position suits someone who excels in a dynamic, highly cooperative setting and enjoys managing operational support, enhancing processes, overseeing governance tasks, and coordinating across departments. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, security, and business groups to promote scalable, secure, and effective collaboration services across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID. </span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, adaptable, and driven to deliver outcomes. You manage several priorities while keeping careful attention to detail and follow-through. !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Support Microsoft 365 operational initiatives, governance efforts, and platform improvements across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Analyze ticket trends and recurring issues to find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Maintain and improve runbooks, knowledge articles, process documentation, and operational procedures.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Support identity and access governance activities including RBAC, MFA, PIM, role assignments, and access reviews.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Coordinate intake, tracking, and documentation of Microsoft 365 integration requests and operational workflows.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Gather requirements and coordinate with engineering, security, governance, and support teams to move initiatives through review and implementation processes.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Support high-priority incidents and blocking issues through coordination, communication, tracking, and follow-up activities.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and cross-functional discussions to help maintain alignment and execution across teams.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Develop and sustain project tracking, status updates, reporting, dashboards, and operational communications.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Support testing, rollout coordination, validation activities, and post-implementation follow-up for platform changes and enhancements.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Work within enterprise ITSM processes and platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Partner with technical teams to support workflow automation and operational improvements using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, or related technologies.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Assist with adoption, communication, and change management initiatives associated with Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Maintain strong #000000;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">3–5+ years providing support for Microsoft 365 technologies in a corporate setting.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Practical experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience working within enterprise ITSM settings such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Knowledge of identity and access governance principles including RBAC, MFA, PIM, and Conditional Access.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and collaborator coordination skills.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience supporting operational processes, governance workflows, or technical initiatives across cross-functional teams.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the capacity to handle several priorities at once.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and team coordination workflows.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span guidelines.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Exposure to PowerShell, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, automation workflows, or reporting solutions.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience coordinating integrations, migrations, or operational improvement initiatives.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Exposure to Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise/OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI platforms.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color:
