In addition, you can always count on the help of your Team Leader, as well as regular training (conducted by our subject-matter experts), access to an e-learning platform, and support with funding for external courses you might be interested in.</p> <p><strong style="color: #e03e2d;">You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the daily operations of the Japan TAM team, allocating accounts and technical tasks, managing priorities and coverage, and ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.</li> <li>Coach and develop TAMs through regular one-on-one meetings, actionable feedback, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and individual development discussions.</li> <li>Monitor the quality and results of team members’ work, identify performance or capability gaps, and report progress, risks, and recommendations to the responsible managers.</li> <li>Provide technical advice and escalation support for complex campaign integrations, tracking and attribution discrepancies, campaign settings, and optimization issues, coordinating with other teams as needed.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to TAM operational best practices through regular reviews of the Monitoring and Integration panels, documentation quality, campaign setup, and timely issue follow-up.</li> <li>Oversee alignment between campaign optimization and agreed client goals.</li> <li>Partner with Sales and Account Management to clarify technical requirements, align expectations and priorities, resolve cross-functional issues constructively, and support important client discussions.</li> <li>Coordinate with HQ technical, product, and management teams on technical changes, training, escalation, and the implementation of company-wide standards.</li> <li>Improve team processes, documentation, tools, and ways of working to strengthen operational efficiency, technical quality, and knowledge transfer.</li> <li>Support recruitment interviews, onboarding, training plans, and career development; make staffing and personnel recommendations in collaboration with the responsible managers.</li> </ul> <p><strong style="color: #e03e2d;">Desired Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or a comparable technical role in programmatic advertising, AdTech, or performance marketing.</li> <li>Demonstrated motivation and ability to lead, coach, and develop people; prior formal people-management experience is an advantage, not an absolute requirement.</li> <li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including experience with complex integrations, attribution discrepancies, and campaign optimization.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of tracking and web technologies, including URLs and parameters, HTML, JavaScript, browser developer tools, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics.</li> <li>Familiarity with product feeds (e.g., XML/CSV), APIs, and regular expressions, and an ability to guide technical investigations.</li> <li>Excellent prioritization, organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, including collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to understand business objectives, anticipate risks, and translate technical findings into practical recommendations.</li> <li>Professional proficiency in Japanese and English to collaborate with Japan-based stakeholders and global teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong style="color: #e03e2d;">We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Being part of an award-winning organization, with outstanding growth numbers;</li> <li>Work on a great product based on the newest AI Technology (Deep Learning);</li> <li>The joy of working and learning in one of the fastest growing tech companies in</li> <li>Europe (FT - 1000 Europe's fastest-growing company 2022);</li> <li>Being part of ambitious projects and working with teams of talented and collaborative people;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Apply now!</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;">You don't need to tick every box to apply.
