<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.</span></p></div><p>We’re looking for an International Operations Manager to drive and manage the operational cadence supporting our international structure across local country teams. You will spearhead cross-functional execution, lead end-to-end work item and resource planning, and operationalize group reporting, goal-setting, and performance tracking. In this role, you’ll build, own, and optimize the rhythms (such as QBRs, regular business reviews, and scorecards) that keep global workstreams aligned, resourced, and delivered on schedule.</p>
<p>This full-time, hybrid (in-office on Tues/Wed/Thurs) position is based in our San Mateo office and reports to the Head of International Strategy & Ops.</p>
<h3><strong>You Will: </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Lead Cadence & Operating Rhythms: </strong>Spearhead and own internal operating cadences and reporting, including leading quarterly business reviews, establishing regular review rhythms with local international teams, and driving core alignment across regions.</li>
<li><strong>Work Item & Resource Planning: </strong>Lead work item prioritization, project planning, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Comms, Trust & Safety, Business Development, Finance, Legal) to ensure local market initiatives are properly scoped and supported.</li>
<li><strong>Execution Management: </strong>Oversee master project plans, timelines, and resource dependencies, actively driving follow-ups and hold owners accountable to keep all global deliverables on track.</li>
<li>Define and track core operational performance metrics and resource utilization, creating executive reporting for leadership.</li>
<li>Gather inputs from country teams and XFN partners and synthesize into clear status updates, risks, and next steps.</li>
<li>Lead recurring operational cadences (regional check-ins, QBR prep, scorecards, resource allocation, and annual/quarterly planning cycles).</li>
<li>Identify recurring operational gaps and implement process improvements</li>
<li>Maintain and improve playbooks for repeatable workflows within local country teams across the world</li>
<li>Serve as an operational point of contact between country teams and HQ partners for planning, execution, and issue triage.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external vendors/agencies as needed </li>
<li>Flag execution risks early (dependencies, resourcing, approvals, timelines) and help coordinate escalations to the right owners.</li>
<li>Partner with Legal/Compliance/Trust & Safety to ensure required steps are followed for market initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>You Have: </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li><strong>6+ years</strong> of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or cross-functional project coordination.</li>
<li>Experience supporting international or multi-region teams is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, risk management, stakeholder updates).</li>
<li>Comfortable driving clarity across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and simplify.</li>
<li>Analytical and organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.</li>
<li>Familiarity with tooling such as spreadsheets, dashboards, and project trackers (e.g., Airtable, Asana/Jira) is a plus.</li>

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
