<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our global payroll team and support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across multiple countries.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a hands-on operational role focused on payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and payroll partners to review payroll results, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate outputs for our clients and employees.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You don’t need to be an expert in every country we support. We’re looking for someone with strong payroll fundamentals, experience managing payroll for at least one country, and the ability to quickly understand new payroll requirements and processes.</span></p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h2>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support end-to-end payroll processing and validation for multiple countries.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs and outputs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform payroll reconciliations and identify discrepancies between expected and final results.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Investigate payroll differences and work with internal teams or payroll partners to understand and resolve them.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support payroll changes including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, deductions, and leave.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Review payroll calculations and supporting information for accuracy.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate with internal payroll teams and external partners to resolve payroll questions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and trackers.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with payroll technology and automated validation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Learn and support additional countries as our global payroll operations continue to evolve.</span></li>

<h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></h2>

<p data-renderer-start-pos="1669" data-local-id="dbe4f2af53ec"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous hands-on payroll experience, ideally including in-house payroll processing.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-renderer-start-pos="1669" data-local-id="dbe4f2af53ec"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing payroll for at least one country independently.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-renderer-start-pos="1669" data-local-id="dbe4f2af53ec"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of payroll inputs, calculations, validations, reconciliations, and outputs.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-renderer-start-pos="1669" data-local-id="dbe4f2af53ec"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to investigate discrepancies and understand why payroll results have changed.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-renderer-start-pos="1669" data-local-id="dbe4f2af53ec"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail and confidence working with payroll data and numbers.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-renderer-start-pos="1669" data-local-id="dbe4f2af53ec"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable using payroll systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and automated tools.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-renderer-start-pos="1669" data-local-id="dbe4f2af53ec"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and payroll partners.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-renderer-start-pos="1669" data-local-id="dbe4f2af53ec"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to evolving payroll processes. </span></p>
</li>
</ul>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></span></h2>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Payroll experience in one or more of the following countries: France, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, or Spain.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Romania or Austria payroll.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing payroll across multiple countries.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to additional European or African payroll jurisdictions.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with payroll platforms or systems such as ADP or similar tools.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience using automated payroll validation, reconciliation, or AI-enabled tools.</span></p>
