<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p><strong>Supply Chain, Sourcing Strategy & Partner Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the <strong>Intimates, Lounge, Swim</strong> categories including a multi-sourcing approach to ensure resilience.</li>
<li>Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince direct-to-consumer (D2C) model and provide coaching on operating within a rapid replenishment, M2C (Manufacturer-to-Consumer) environment.</li>
<li>Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), covering:</li>
<ul>
<li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Fostering rapid lead times and a consumer-oriented approach.</li>
<li><strong>Financial Model:</strong> Achieving high Return on Invested Capital (ROIC).</li>
<li><strong>Technical Integration:</strong> Proficient use of the Vendor Portal.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operational Excellence & Growth</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators:</li>
<ul>
<li><strong>Quality:</strong> Defect rate less than 0.5%.</li>
<li><strong>Speed & Accuracy:</strong> Replenishment Lead Time under 14 days.</li>
<li><strong>Availability:</strong> In-stock rate exceeding 99%.</li>
<li><strong>Financial Impact:</strong> Margin-accretive performance.</li>
</ul>
<li>Lead Catalog Expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development (PD) teams, successfully launching new styles and colors approved through the New Product Creation (NPC) process.</li>
<li>Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the management of each partner, focusing on strategic alignment, business performance highlights, identified areas for improvement, and future objectives.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>KEY REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>15+ years of a director level of Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, or Supplier Management experience operating with major US-based retailers.</li>
<li>Deep set of partner factory connections within <strong>Intimates, Lounge, Swim </strong>category globally , including APAC , IST and EMEA regions</li>
<li>Product obsessed with experience in leveraging factories/vendor expertise to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market. With a thorough Knowledge of Key Material localised in the region</li>
<li>GM mindset with a supply chain background and manufacturing (lean/ JIT) experience</li>
<li>Deep understanding of cost for the categories , able to drive product cost saving thru clean sheets and apply different negotiation tactics </li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical with focus on execution, problem- solving, improving processes and brand enhancement.</li>
<li>Continuous learner and highly curious; always open to considering new perspectives; proactive when changing course and facing added challenges.</li>
<li>Business savvy and embrace technology /AI </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.</li>
