You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to automate delivery pipelines, implement robust observability solutions, and improve overall system availability and performance.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Infrastructure &amp; Automation:</strong> Design, provision, and maintain highly available and resilient infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.</li> <li><strong>CI/CD Pipelines:</strong> Build, optimize, and secure continuous delivery and integration pipelines to ensure fast, zero-downtime, and reliable software deployments.</li> <li><strong>Containerization &amp; Orchestration:</strong> Manage and scale containerized application environments using Docker and Kubernetes.</li> <li><strong>Observability &amp; Monitoring:</strong> Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and proactive incident management.</li> <li><strong>Reliability &amp; Performance:</strong> Lead capacity planning, automated scaling strategies, disaster recovery testing, and blue-green deployment strategies.</li> <li><strong>Security &amp; Best Practices:</strong> Enforce security best practices, networking standards, access controls, and data protection across public cloud infrastructure.</li> <li><strong>Developer Experience:</strong> Automate repetitive operational tasks to empower product teams and reduce developer friction throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2320" data-local-id="f6597815-fb6f-48c2-a22a-55ab8b3f15f3">&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.</li> <li><strong>Cloud Expertise:</strong> Deep working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).</li> <li><strong>Infrastructure as Code:</strong> Strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.</li> <li><strong>Containers &amp; Orchestration:</strong> Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) in production environments.</li> <li><strong>CI/CD Tools:</strong> Hands-on experience building pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.</li> <li><strong>Observability Tools:</strong> Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.</li> <li><strong>Systems &amp; Networking:</strong> Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments, networking protocols, load balancing, CDN, and DNS administration.</li> <li><strong>Databases &amp; Caching:</strong> Familiarity managing and supporting databases (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB) and caching solutions (e.g., Redis).</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-renderer-mark="true"><span class="fabric-text-color-mark" data-renderer-mark="true" data-text-custom-color="#0747a6">Pay Range: $195,000 - $235,000 base pay + annual bonus + Stock Units</span></strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p data-renderer-start-pos="3150"><em><span style="font-size: 11px;">All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. </span></em><em><span style="font-size: 11px;">Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.</span></em></p></div><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$195,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$235,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-renderer-start-pos="3319"><strong data-renderer-mark="true"><u data-renderer-mark="true">WHY QUINCE?</u></strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="3352">Joining Quince means being part of a mission-driven team reshaping retail.
