You will be the go-to expert for Greenhouse (ATS), ModernLoop (interview scheduling) and adjacent recruiting tools, including systems built in-house. You will keep these systems configured, connected, and running cleanly so recruiters and coordinators can move fast and hiring teams have a seamless experience. You will also help shape and maintain the talent tooling we build in-house. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving problems, tightening processes, and finding opportunities to automate repetitive work as we scale hiring across the business.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2663" data-local-id="e0c03b8d-8a8f-42ae-b3e9-26b5a2308ae6"><strong data-renderer-mark="true"><span class="fabric-text-color-mark" data-renderer-mark="true" data-text-custom-color="#0747a6">Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer and configure Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and adjacent recruiting tools, including job templates, interview plans, scorecards, approval chains, and permissions.</li> <li>Manage user access, roles, and permission groups across the TA stack, ensuring the right people have the right level of access and offboarding is timely.</li> <li>Build and maintain recruiting workflows and automations that reduce manual steps for recruiters and coordinators.</li> <li>Own data hygiene in the ATS, including deduplication, field standardization, and routine audits to keep reporting reliable.</li> <li>Support integrations between recruiting tools and downstream systems, and partner with the Systems Engineers on troubleshooting data feeds.</li> <li>Serve as tier-one support for recruiter and coordinator system questions, triaging issues and resolving them or escalating with clear context.</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors on support tickets, release management, new feature rollouts, and configuration changes.</li> <li>Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and training materials so knowledge does not live in one person's head.</li> <li>Identify and implement opportunities to automate recruiting operations, applying AI-enabled tooling to improve speed and accuracy.</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2753" data-local-id="9ae6a13b-2175-4a37-a4c2-5839b2f592ae"><strong data-renderer-mark="true"><span class="fabric-text-color-mark" data-renderer-mark="true" data-text-custom-color="#0747a6">Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience administering recruiting or HR systems, with hands-on Greenhouse or comparable ATS administration.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of interview scheduling tools such as ModernLoop and their configuration.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing user access, permissions, and workflow configuration in SaaS platforms.</li> <li>A track record of improving data hygiene and building reporting-ready processes.</li> <li>Experience supporting integrations between systems and coordinating with vendors on troubleshooting.</li> <li>An automation mindset and comfort using AI-enabled tools to streamline repetitive operational work.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate recruiter needs into system solutions.</li> <li>Clear written communication and a habit of documenting processes for a scaling team.</li> <li>Experience with SQL and APIs a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p data-renderer-start-pos="3150"><em><span style="font-size: 11px;">All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. </span></em><em><span style="font-size: 11px;">Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.</span></em></p></div><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$126,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$172,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-renderer-start-pos="3319"><strong data-renderer-mark="true"><u data-renderer-mark="true">WHY QUINCE?</u></strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="3352">Joining Quince means being part of a mission-driven team reshaping retail.
