<p data-path-to-node="5">As the Director of Software Engineering for Core Platform, you will lead a 20+ person engineering organization responsible for the foundational architecture that powers FlashBlade’s industry-leading data storage solutions. You will champion the convergence of critical metadata systems across our major product lines, advance next-generation data reduction capabilities, and stabilize high-performance resource management frameworks. Collaborating closely with peer engineering organizations, Architecture, and Product Management, your mission is to deliver bulletproof infrastructure that impacts our global platform scale for years to come.</p>

<p><em>Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. </em></p>
<p><em>This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. </em></p>
