<p><strong>A day in the life:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You must be eager to learn, challenge yourself on a daily basis, and contribute to the creative efforts of client campaigns. This position mainly focuses on the execution of design deliverables with a goal to grow your digital marketing mindset while working alongside a team of fellow designers, editors and strategists.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes</li>
<li>Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department</li>
<li>Work closely with a team of designers, editors, and ACDs in the execution of all design deliverables for your pod and owned accounts</li>
<li>Collaborate with our Creative & Marketing teams to craft creative & engaging designs/content across various marketing channels</li>
<li>Areas of focus include: Social Media, Paid Advertising, Email, Content Marketing, Infographics and Branding</li>
<li>Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects</li>
<li>Receive and incorporate feedback from from stakeholders throughout the review process</li>
<li>Apply learnings from Power metrics & other creative content that's out in the world</li>
<li>Keep a pulse on design trends + implementing them into client’s content strategy in a timely manner</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in design and creative</li>
<li>A strong understanding of visual design, branding, and the digital landscape</li>
<li>Attention to detail on all work, timelines, and communication with fellow team members</li>
<li>Confidence in your ability to communicate with your team(s) and clients </li>
<li>Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule</li>
<li>Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. </li>
<li>Ability to multitask & be flexible in day-to-day tasks within an agency culture</li>
</ul>

<li>Own 100% of Graphic Design work for up to 10 clients</li>
<li>Meet weekly projection (15 tasks/week)</li>
<li>Zero (0) Avoidable Errors</li>

<p><strong>Most Important Things (MITs)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver high quality graphic designs during design phases of marketing projects</li>
<li>Delivering project phase completion (design) on time, within the projected timeline</li>
<li>Utilize modern trends, techniques, and strategies in graphic design to provide the best possible product for our clients</li>
