<p><strong>A day in the life:</strong></p>
<p>Power Digital is looking for a Content Producer to assist in the daily execution of our cross-functional video content needs in support of our brand vision & business goals through performance marketing. You will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing agency.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with a team of editors, designers, and ACDs in the execution of all video editing deliverables for your pod and owned accounts</li>
<li>Collaborate with our Creative & Marketing teams to craft creative & engaging designs/content across various marketing channels</li>
<li>Create engaging, performance-driven video content to support our creative & marketing efforts</li>
<li>Collaborate with our Production & Strategy teams to craft both original and iterative ads for various marketing channels, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube</li>
<li>Continuously optimize output by applying learnings from performance metrics, external references, and popular trends across social platforms</li>
<li>Follow department workflows and best practices for project management, project file organization, file naming, etc.</li>
<li>Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes</li>
<li>Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department</li>

<p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p>
<p><strong><em>4+ years of video editing experience (motion graphics a plus)</em><em>Proficient in various video editing tools and other software (Adobe premier, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc. )</em><em>Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio of work examples</em><em>Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles</em><em>Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously</em><em>Creative and innovative thinker</em><em>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills</em><br></strong></p>

<li>Own 100% of Post Production work for up to 20 clients</li>
<li>Meet weekly projection (5-7 tasks/week)</li>

<ul>
<li>Output quality meets both internal and client brand standards</li>
<li>Understanding of best practices for performance-driven creativity & ability to apply these insights in your work</li>
<li>Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with Strategists & Production teams across multiple projects to deliver the best possible creative output</li>
