This role bridges the gap between our clients and internal technical teams, ensuring successful integration and adoption of Payoneer’s APIs and services. You’ll support pre-sales efforts, lead integration projects, provide ongoing technical guidance, and serve as the API subject matter expert throughout the client lifecycle.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a key technical contact for client API integrations, migrations, and certifications</li>
<li>Deliver integration demos and solution walkthroughs to internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Guide clients through sandbox onboarding, testing, and production rollout</li>
<li>Own and manage technical documentation, including integration guides, use cases, and best practices</li>
<li>Collaborate with product, R&D, and regional teams to define integration flows and tailor solutions</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with Payoneer’s API guidelines, contract structure, and technical standards</li>
<li>Perform integration testing and sign-off certification to validate production readiness</li>
<li>Manage monitoring and troubleshooting of API and webhook issues using platforms like Coralogix, Grafana, Anodot, and Dynatrace</li>
<li>Support client communication regarding API updates, maintenance, and announcements</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvements, process optimization, and feedback loops for integration quality</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who you are</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>3+ years in integration engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles</li>
<li>Strong command of API concepts (REST, HTTP, JSON, XML) and integration lifecycle</li>
<li>Experience with SQL and data analysis tools</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of different authentications, authorizations and client certificates</li>
<li>Knowledge of monitoring and alert software</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments</li>
<li>Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus</li>
<li>Customer-focused, with a proactive and collaborative mindset</li>
<li>Knowledge of IT/network infrastructure and authentication mechanisms</li>
<li>Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and developer portal ecosystems</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in Payments, Fintech, or E-commerce industry</li>
<li>Background in account management or client-facing roles</li>
<li>Hands-on with scripting languages (Python, PHP) or HTML</li>
<li>Knowledge of API rate limiting, certification processes, and webhooks</li>
<li>Experience in writing technical documentation and client-facing guides</li>
<li>Knowledge of AI and Vibe coding</li>
