<li>Design and build end-to-end mobile systems across iOS and Android, from architecture to launch strategy.</li>
<li>Understand and apply knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to deliver solutions at scale.</li>
<li>Ship production-quality code with an emphasis on long-term maintainability, with relevant documentation and test coverage.</li>
<li>Break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks and partner with applicable cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Independently identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners toward project completion.</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback; action feedback from reviews of your own code promptly.</li>
<li>Apply AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and optimise engineering workflows.</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert within the mobile engineering team and provide consultation on domain-level projects.</li>
<li>Build relationships with internal stakeholders; share project updates and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.</li>
<li>Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members.</li>

<li>B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.</li>
<li>Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code on iOS and/or Android.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.</li>
<li>Experience working in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimise workflows and drive measurable impact — e.g. efficiency gains, quality improvements.</li>
<li>Ongoing AI skill development — prompt engineering, agent orchestration, staying current with emerging AI technologies.</li>
<li>Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="heading-2 ace-line old-record-id-DiLSdqfwUoKOraxakB6uGEomsXl"><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></h3>

<li>Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data.</li>

<li>Experience in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments.</li>
