Lead/Senior Business Analyst

<p>We are seeking a highly capable&nbsp;<strong>Product Manager / Business Analyst</strong> to join our Solution Group. In this role, you will operate at the forefront of N-iX’s portfolio expansion, acting as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution.</p> <p>Unlike a standard delivery role, this position requires a consultant mindset. You will work across various domains (e.g., FinTech, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Logistics) to lead discovery phases, shape solution proposals during presales, and drive the development of complex products for global enterprise clients.</p> <p><strong>Scope &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Consultancy &amp; Presales :</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Discovery &amp; Assessment:</strong> Conduct discovery workshops and onsite assessments to analyze client business processes, identify gaps, and propose digital transformation strategies.</li> <li><strong>Presales Support:</strong> Drive the technical and business stream of presales activities, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, estimating costs/timelines, and preparing solution proposals.</li> <li><strong>Value Proposition:</strong> Define and articulate the business case for new products or features, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives (e.g., revenue growth, operational efficiency).</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Advisory:</strong> Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and client product teams, guiding them through product strategy calibration, roadmap prioritization, and market analysis.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Product Management &amp; Delivery:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Project Start</strong>: Contribute to and build the delivery process from the requirements standpoint, convert the high-level requirements into deliverable chunks, establish communication across the team.</li> <li><strong>Roadmap &amp; Backlog:</strong> Build and manage product roadmaps (directional and implementation); prune and prioritize the backlog of user stories and tasks based on business value.</li> <li><strong>Requirements Engineering:</strong> Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.</li> <li><strong>Process Modeling:</strong> Create clear documentation artifacts, including BPMN diagrams, flowcharts, and user story maps to visualize complex workflows.</li> <li><strong>Delivery Oversight:</strong> Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Architects, and Delivery Managers to ensure the solution is delivered on time and meets quality standards.</li> <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Manage scope creep and handle change requests effectively, balancing client needs with project constraints.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of commercial experience in Business Analysis or Product Management within the IT industry.</li> <li><strong>Consulting Mindset:</strong> Proven track record of working in a vendor/outsourcing environment with direct client-facing exposure (US/EU clients preferred).</li> <li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Strong ability to decompose complex business problems into actionable software requirements (WBS, functional decomposition).</li> <li><strong>Agile Mastery:</strong> Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro).</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Advanced English (C1/C2) with excellent presentation skills.
