Senior Business Analyst (German-speaking)

It develops its own software platform to streamline claims handling and integrate different players across the process.</p> <p>Currently, we are looking for <strong>Senior Business Analyst (German-speaking) </strong>to&nbsp;join the project for an 6-<span class="x7amdea">month engagement</span>.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote, with mandatory on-site presence in Stuttgart, Germany: <strong>2–3 weeks during onboarding, followed by 2–3 days per month throughout the engagement.</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p> <p>1) Discovery and requirements analysis</p> <ul> <li>Plan, facilitate and follow up discovery workshops with customers and business units</li> <li>Elicit and consolidate requirements from the OEM environment</li> <li>Structure unclear or conflicting requirements; make assumptions and open points transparent</li> </ul> <p>2) Solution design and scope definition</p> <ul> <li>Develop business solution concepts for digitalisation, automation and integration initiatives</li> <li>Prepare scope definitions: in/out of scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks</li> <li>Design target processes and assess solution options by benefit, effort and risk</li> <li>Describe integration requirements for interfaces/APIs from a business perspective</li> </ul> <p>3) Requirements documentation</p> <ul> <li>Create process diagrams (e.g. BPMN 2.0)</li> <li>Write requirement items: overall requirement (equivalent to epic), sub-requirement (equivalent to user story), acceptance criteria</li> <li>Create story maps and further requirements artefacts (e.g. business rules, status logic, business data objects)</li> <li>Maintain documentation in Confluence and requirement items in Jira</li> </ul> <p>4) Requirements quality assurance</p> <ul> <li>Ensure quality, completeness, consistency and traceability of requirements</li> <li>Conduct reviews with business units and development; adhere to the Definition of Ready</li> <li>Establish traceability from requirement through implementation to acceptance</li> <li>Derive acceptance criteria and test scenarios; support user acceptance testing (UAT) from a business perspective</li> </ul> <p>5) Backlog and prioritisation</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and continuously refine the initiative backlog (refinement)</li> <li>Prepare prioritisation based on business value, urgency and dependencies</li> <li>Participate in planning and refinement sessions of the development process</li> </ul> <p>6) Implementation support and acceptance</p> <ul> <li>Support and steer technical implementation from a business perspective;
