You’ll be responsible for leading complex solution engagements, from discovery and advisory to implementation, while mentoring architecture talent, strengthening practices, and contributing to company-wide strategic growth.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with strong consulting capabilities, a track record of hands-on project delivery, and the ability to scale architectural impact across multiple teams and accounts.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Strategic &amp; Leadership Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead architecture visioning and cross-cutting strategic initiatives across a portfolio of enterprise clients.</li> <li>Drive practice growth by establishing frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets for solution delivery and consulting engagements.</li> <li>Build and mentor architecture and engineering teams, ensuring capability uplift and technical excellence across accounts.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to client C-level executives and technology leaders, helping shape digital strategy and technology roadmaps.</li> <li>Govern architecture implementation across the portfolio to ensure alignment with best practices, maintainability, and long-term value.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Delivery &amp; Consulting Responsibilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead or guide discovery phases, assessments, technical workshops, and architecture audits.</li> <li>Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, sustainable architectural solutions.</li> <li>Own solution proposals during pre-sales and upsales, including technical vision, high-level design, risk management, and cost estimation.</li> <li>Lead project execution, ensuring architecture is delivered according to vision.</li> <li>Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, aligning client needs with forward-thinking architectural approaches.</li> <li>Act as a Chief Architect and lead a team with subordinate architects on the complex accounts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and solution architecture.</li> <li>3+ years in an architecture leadership or principal-level role within the IT service / IT consulting environment.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact consultancy engagements with global enterprise clients.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience building solutions from scratch, preferably for large-scale distributed systems (team size 30+, duration 12+ months).</li> <li>Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, with hands-on experience in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li> <li>Strong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed system design.</li> <li>Track record of coaching, mentoring, and team enablement within a matrixed or consulting environment.</li> <li>Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills—equally comfortable with engineers and executives.</li> <li>Fluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.</li> <li>English - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable Certifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>SEI Software Architecture Professional</li> <li>TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification</li> <li>Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)</li> <li>Domain-specific expertise in areas such as data platforms, security, or enterprise integration is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>We offer*:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible</li> <li>A competitive salary and good compensation package</li> <li>Personalized career growth</li> <li>Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)</li> <li>Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing</li> <li>Education reimbursement</li> <li>Memorable anniversary presents</li> <li>Corporate events and team buildings</li> <li>Other location-specific benefits</li> </ul> <p>*not applicable for freelancers</p></div>
