<p data-start="364" data-end="656">We are looking for a seasoned <strong>Senior Finance Systems Analyst</strong> to lead the strategic evolution of our Enterprise Resource Planning. You won’t just be maintaining a system; you will be architecting the digital backbone of our global operations.</p>
<p data-start="658" data-end="868">You will serve as the technical lead for our CPG Supply Chain, Spend Management (Ramp), and Production Accounting ecosystems, ensuring our high-growth business remains scalable, automated, and data-transparent.</p>

<p data-start="888" data-end="1247">This role is responsible for leading system architecture, integration strategy, automation oversight, and hands-on execution within Oracle NetSuite. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align system capabilities with long-term business goals, manage ecosystem integrations, and ensure financial and operational accuracy across multi-entity environments.</p>

<p data-start="1382" data-end="1568">Lead the design and implementation of complex Oracle NetSuite enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align system capabilities with long-term business goals</p>

<p data-start="1571" data-end="1781">Architect end-to-end solutions for complex supply chain requirements, including multi-warehouse inventory management, landed cost tracking, and manage omni-channel customer requirements within Oracle NetSuite</p>

<p data-start="1784" data-end="1990">Manage the high-level integration strategy between Oracle NetSuite, Ramp, Production Accounting, and E-Commerce platforms ensuring robust sync logic for multi-entity accounting and global spend visibility</p>

<p data-start="1993" data-end="2164">Serve as the technical lead for large-scale implementations, system migrations, or third-party integrations (WMS, EDI, etc.), managing timelines and vendor relationships</p>

<p data-start="2167" data-end="2329">Utilize SuiteFlow to build complex business logic and scope requirements for SuiteScript while managing complex workflows within the Oracle NetSuite environment</p>

</li>

<p data-start="2838" data-end="2996">Proven experience managing global supply chains within Oracle NetSuite, including experience with international shipping, customs, and work order management</p>
</li>

<p data-start="2999" data-end="3156">Extensive experience optimizing Ramp (or similar AP / T&E platform) specifically for high-volume, multi-entity environments integrated with Oracle NetSuite</p>
</li>

<p data-start="3159" data-end="3272">Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close processes, and how operational data flows into the general ledger</p>
</li>
<li data-start="3273" data-end="3350">
<p data-start="3275" data-end="3350">Proficiency in SQL, Saved Search Expressions, and advanced SuiteAnalytics</p>
</li>
<li data-start="3351" data-end="3429">
<p data-start="3353" data-end="3429">Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, Tines) is a major plus</p>

<p data-start="3432" data-end="3522">Proven track record of maintaining IT General Controls (ITGCs) within an ERP environment<br><br></p>
<p data-start="44" data-end="237"><em>The target total compensation ranges from $135,700 – $170,200, including a fixed annual salary of $118,000 – $148,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.</em></p>
<p data-start="239" data-end="351"><em>Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.</em></p>
