Your mission is to supercharge our business plans, driving sales to new heights while ensuring we smash our goals and objectives with our key partners. Embrace the challenge and fuel our growth with unmatched vigor and determination!</p> <h2><strong>The impact you’ll make: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li>Create and manage the business plan for key customers with bottlers to deliver the company's growth goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate together with the bottlers the Profit and Loss (P&amp;L) of each client according to the business plan and control of long-term investments to boost the channel's profitability.</li> <li>Train staff in using category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions to grow our categories and deliver on our annual plan.</li> <li>Activation of sales campaigns and customer activations working in collaboration with the marketing team to add value to customers, as well as planning and delivering the year's promotional calendar. Work with sales to expand new distribution.</li> <li>Manage and develop the channel/customer's promotional calendar according to the defined business plan and expected growth and profitability at the right price calendar and frequency.</li> <li>Monitor and coach training distributor merchandiser team to ensure instore compliance and develop incentive program to increase in-store display.</li> <li>Develop innovative promotional activities to improve sales and execution at the Point of Sale</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong></h2> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Finance or related field of study</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in sales in retail, wholesaler, and distributor environment</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in forecasting, Nielsen/Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), Point of Sale (POS) and inventory reports</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: Advance user of Microsoft Office</li> <li>Preferred Certifications: Sales cycle knowledge, budget and P&amp;L.
