<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>Monks is seeking a highly organized Senior Producer / Project Manager to manage the daily flow of rapid-turn editorial and marketing work. This role will translate incoming requests into clear tasks, timelines and handoffs while maintaining visibility across priorities, reviews and delivery.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is process-oriented, exceptionally detail-focused and comfortable working autonomously in an environment where priorities and information may evolve quickly. You will keep the team moving, identify gaps before they become blockers and ensure every deliverable is accurate, complete and properly trafficked.</p>
<p>An interest in AI, emerging technology and new approaches to creative production is essential.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage projects from intake and briefing through production, review, approval and final delivery.</li>
<li>Translate incoming requests into clear tasks, owners, timelines, dependencies and next steps.</li>
<li>Maintain project trackers, production schedules, status reports and delivery documentation.</li>
<li>Traffic work across design, motion, editorial, technical and client teams.</li>
<li>Prioritize requests based on urgency, complexity, available capacity and business need.</li>
<li>Confirm that briefs, source materials, specifications and required approvals are in place before production begins.</li>
<li>Coordinate handoffs across locations and shifts, documenting current status, decisions, open questions and next actions.</li>
<li>Use sound judgment to determine when work should be completed within the regional team rather than creating an unnecessary cross-shift handoff.</li>
<li>Consolidate feedback, clarify conflicting comments and recommend practical resolution paths.</li>
<li>Conduct producer-level QA for completeness, accuracy, specifications, naming conventions, version control and alignment with the approved brief.</li>
<li>Ensure final assets are packaged, documented and delivered through the appropriate channels.</li>
<li>Monitor timelines and risks, proactively communicating issues and proposing solutions.</li>
<li>Operate independently, using sound judgment to move work forward when direction is incomplete or priorities shift.</li>
<li>Partner with creative and production leads to improve workflows, templates and team processes.</li>
<li>Use approved AI and production tools to support organization, documentation, consistency and efficiency.</li>
<li>Maintain discretion when working with confidential and highly sensitive information.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in creative production, program management or project management within an agency, technology company or in-house creative organization.</li>
<li>Experience managing rapid-turn digital, web, editorial, design and motion deliverables.</li>
<li>Strong task-management, trafficking and production-planning skills.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for creative and technical QA.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions and navigate ambiguity.</li>
<li>Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities across distributed teams.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of creative workflows, review cycles, asset specifications, version control and delivery requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to distinguish critical issues from lower-priority feedback and keep work moving.</li>
<li>Experience working effectively across regions, time zones and distributed teams.</li>
<li>Professional fluency in written and spoken English is required.</li>
<li>Clear, concise communication and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Interest in AI, emerging technology and production innovation.</li>
