<p>We’re looking for a creative thinker who combines strong visual craft, conceptual abilities, and knowledge of emerging technologies to develop original ideas and high-quality creative executions.</p>
<p><strong>Role & Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop original visual concepts, creative territories, and art direction proposals aligned with strategic briefs and brand objectives.</li>
<li>Partner with Copywriters, Strategists, and creative teams to build integrated creative ideas from concept through execution.</li>
<li>Create moodboards, mockups, storyboards, and visual presentations to communicate creative proposals.</li>
<li>Lead visual execution across digital campaigns, social content, and multiple formats, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.</li>
<li>Explore AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to enhance ideation, visual experimentation, and production workflows.</li>
<li>Apply visual storytelling principles to translate complex ideas into engaging and accessible creative executions.</li>
<li>Present and defend creative concepts, clearly articulating the rationale behind visual decisions.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of typography, composition, branding, and overall design quality.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in art direction or senior design roles within advertising or digital agencies.</li>
<li><strong>Strong conceptual thinking</strong>, with proven experience developing original visual ideas and campaign concepts.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Figma.</li>
<li><strong>Strong knowledge of AI-powered creative tools</strong>, including image generation, visual experimentation, and AI-assisted production workflows.</li>
<li>Understanding of emerging technologies and their broader creative applications.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, conceptual development, visual storytelling, and digital executions.</li>
<li>Experience creating social-first content and adapting creative work across platforms and formats.</li>
<li>Excellent visual communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.</li>
<li>proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.</li>
</ul>
