<p>At Monks, we are looking for an AI Artist to join our team for a <strong>3-month temporary position (from October to December). </strong>This is a great opportunity to showcase your talent, with real possibilities of transitioning to a Full Time Employee role once this period is completed.</p>
<p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Utilize advanced AI techniques and tools, specifically Google's AI suite including Gemini, Nano Banana, and Veo, to create visually stunning and photo-real images.</li>
<li>Apply knowledge of art and aesthetics to produce unique and compelling photographic compositions using AI algorithms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the development team to implement and refine AI models to enhance the quality of generated photographic images.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and integrate them into the artistic process to achieve unprecedented levels of creativity and realism.</li>
<li>Work closely with creative directors and clients to understand and fulfill their artistic vision through AI-generated photography.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in AI techniques and tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, and Veo.</li>
<li>Strong background in photography, visual arts, or related fields.</li>
<li>Experience with AI model development and implementation.</li>
<li>Creative mindset and an eye for detail and aesthetics.</li>
<li>Proficient in photo retouching techniques, both traditional and AI-based.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in AI art generation or similar roles.</li>
<li>Familiarity with industry-standard photography tools and software like Adobe Photoshop.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating the use of AI techniques in creating photographic art.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of prompt engineering, node-based logic, or generative media workflows.</li>
<li>Past experience as a photo retoucher or VFX compositor is a major plus.</li>
