You’ll play a key role in designing, streamlining, and managing dashboards, reports, and data products, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smarter decision-making across the company.</p>
<p>What You’ll Do</p>

<li>Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams evaluate project and business performance.</li>
<li>Manage the data team backlog, acting as project manager for ongoing initiatives.</li>
<li>Analyze large datasets to detect trends, identify anomalies, and surface actionable insights.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to offer analytical support and guide data-informed decisions.</li>
<li>Maintain and improve data pipelines using integration tools across multiple platforms.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and spreadsheets tailored for different audiences.</li>
<li>Monitor for data quality issues and proactively propose solutions.</li>
<li>Drive process improvements that enhance the efficiency and value of the data function.</li>
</ul>
<p>What We’re Looking For</p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or a related analytical field.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (preferably Looker Studio / Data Studio).</li>
<li>Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, R, or JavaScript.</li>
<li>Ability to translate data into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and autonomy.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li>
<li>Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.</li>
<li>Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms is a strong plus.</li>
