The ideal candidate is able to successfully oversee and support projects that are defined, created and launched in the most effective and results-focused way. This role will work closely with our Designers, Motion Designers, Strategists, Producers and Creative Account Leads.</p> <p><strong>Required Skill Set</strong><br><br>As a Project Manager, you are driven by the balancing act of quality, speed, and maintaining client relationships. We are looking for someone meticulously organized, who can create and manage systems to keep all projects on time and within scope. You will be working with multiple clients at once and prioritizing competing timelines.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Closely managing assigned projects on a day-to-day basis to drive deliverables, desired outcomes and remove barriers.</li> <li>Participate in project resourcing, facilitate project activities and manage stakeholders, both internal and external to the project and within the business function.</li> <li>Ensure the team is enabled and provided with what they need, while actively removing impediments.</li> <li>Coordinate project intake, triage, planning, execution and launch activities.</li> <li>Develop Project Management artifacts to ensure success for each project (ex: schedules, cost estimates, Scope of Work, management dashboards, internal and external status reports, risk/issue management reports.)</li> <li>Improve upon existing project management processes, including recommendation, trial and onboarding of new softwares and tools, as well as rollout of process to Creative Services team.</li> <li>Identify areas of improvement based on business needs and goals</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3-5 years of project management in an agency setting.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Project Management fundamentals.</li> <li>Understanding of Agile approach to project management and its importance in delivering results using a shorter feedback loop to manage risks effectively.</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of the Google suite, Asana, and the ability to utilize the tools creatively to support collaboration and minimize “meetings for the sake of meetings” time. Nice-to-have tool familiarity includes Frame.io and Harvest Forecast.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to manage stakeholders to ensure deliverables are produced on time and do not affect downstream activities.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in parallel without losing sight of the overall picture and setting up unrealistic goals for the team or themselves.</li> <li>Ability to think independently, and challenge the status quo by proposing more effective ways of working and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.</li> <li>4-year college degree or equivalent work experience</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About Monks&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Monks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc.
