<p>As a <strong>Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer / SRE</strong>, you’ll join our DevOps platform team to support cutting-edge AI SaaS and PaaS solutions. You’ll help build and operate reliable cloud infrastructure, improve delivery pipelines, and strengthen platform observability and resilience.</p>
<p>This position may require participation in an on-call support rotation in the future.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure supporting AI SaaS and PaaS solutions.</li>
<li>Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple ecosystems to support efficient, reliable software delivery.</li>
<li>Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform.</li>
<li>Manage Kubernetes clusters, including cloud-managed Kubernetes services.</li>
<li>Administer Linux environments and troubleshoot issues across application code, cloud infrastructure, networks, and operating systems.</li>
<li>Support PostgreSQL database environments and investigate operational issues.</li>
<li>Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and develop monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and escalation chains.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements, improve platform reliability, and translate complex problems into actionable tasks.</li>
<li>Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical and operational documentation.</li>
<li>Participate in an on-call support rotation if required in the future.</li>

</ul>
<h2><strong>About You</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or site reliability engineering.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and CI/CD technologies, including hands-on expertise with at least two CI/CD ecosystems.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in backend development.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of networking principles and operating system concepts, with 5+ years of hands-on Linux administration.</li>
<li>5+ years of in-depth experience with AWS, highly preferred, and/or GCP.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, primarily Terraform.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including at least one cloud-managed service such as EKS, GKE, or AKS.</li>
<li>Strong experience with PostgreSQL.</li>
<li>Proven ability to troubleshoot issues across code, cloud infrastructure, networks, and operating systems.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience with observability tools, including defining SLOs and designing alerts, dashboards, and escalation chains.</li>
<li>Ability to gather and clarify project requirements and break complex problems into manageable tasks with actionable next steps.</li>
<li>A collaborative, resilient, and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to structure focused, clear discussions.</li>
<li>A meticulous approach to creating clear, comprehensive documentation.</li>
<li><strong>Preferred:</strong> AWS or GCP certifications.</li>
<li><strong>Preferred: </strong>Experience with MLOps practices and their integration into CI/CD pipelines, Nvidia NIM, or relevant Nvidia certifications.</li>
<li><strong>Nice to have: </strong>Experience with Temporal workflows.</li>
