<h3><strong>Creative Direction & Conceptual Leadership</strong></h3>

<li>Lead the development of visual concepts, campaign territories, and creative systems across integrated brand and digital experiences.</li>
<li>Translate strategic and creative briefs into compelling visual narratives and scalable campaign thinking.</li>
<li>Shape and elevate creative work across social, branding, content, motion, digital, and experiential touchpoints.</li>
<li>Bring fresh perspectives, cultural relevance, and contemporary creative thinking into every stage of the process.</li>
<li>Present and defend creative rationale confidently to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.</li>

<h3><strong>Team Leadership & Collaboration</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide creative leadership and mentorship across designers and broader creative teams.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Producers, and Client teams.</li>
<li>Help create an environment that encourages experimentation, collaboration, and creative excellence.</li>
<li>Guide teams through fast-moving workflows while maintaining clarity, momentum, and high standards.</li>

<h3><strong>Craft & Execution</strong></h3>

<li>Maintain exceptional standards across typography, layout, composition, imagery, motion awareness, and storytelling.</li>
<li>Oversee creative consistency and quality across multiple formats, channels, and regional adaptations.</li>
<li>Ensure ideas are scalable, production-aware, and aligned with brand systems and platform best practices.</li>
<li>Champion the thoughtful integration of AI-powered creative tools into concepting, design development, workflow efficiencies, and creative operations.</li>
<li>Apply critical and strategic thinking when evaluating AI-assisted outputs, emerging technologies, and evolving creative workflows.</li>
<li>Contribute hands-on to concept development, visual exploration, presentations, and key executions where needed.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Systems, Process & Innovation</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and creative scalability across projects and teams.</li>
<li>Help shape best practices around modern creative production and distributed collaboration.</li>
<li>Explore emerging technologies and evolving workflows that improve both creative quality and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Balance creativity, speed, and operational efficiency within high-volume environments.</li>

<h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience across art direction, design, branding, campaigns, and digital creative environments.</li>
<li>Outstanding portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, creative leadership, and exceptional visual craft.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and multidisciplinary creative projects within a fast-paced creative, advertising, or digital agency environment.</li>
<li>High proficiency across Figma, Google Slides, and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, social-first content, integrated campaign development, and motion-aware storytelling.</li>
<li>Strong experience presenting creative work to senior stakeholders and clients.</li>
<li>Ability to lead and mentor creative teams across distributed and remote environments.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of scalable creative systems, workflows, and production processes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies such as GPT-5, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Veo, Figma AI, Google Gemini Ecosystem, etc.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience working across APAC markets.</li>
