You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle—from research and requirements to launch and iteration—steering vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and making data-informed decisions. This is a remote role with occasional travel.</p> <h2 class="p-rich_text_section">Responsibilities</h2> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading product-related decisions and stakeholder alignment.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Conduct market, business, and user research to translate insights into product strategy and roadmaps.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Define product vision and KPIs; manage backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-offs.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Facilitate discovery, requirements workshops, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Delivery.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Lead agile ceremonies with globally distributed teams; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Oversee launches and drive iterative improvements based on metrics and user feedback.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Mentor associate and mid-level PMs; contribute to process and methodology improvements.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Evangelize strong product culture emphasizing customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <h2 class="p-rich_text_section">About You</h2> <h2 class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills</h2> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">5+ years in product management leading end-to-end software product lifecycle.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong discovery, prioritization, and requirements elicitation experience.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Solid understanding of web technologies, software development, and APIs.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proven client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira); familiarity with Figma/Miro.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Data-driven approach with KPI definition and product analytics literacy.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Goal-oriented, autonomous, organized; effective communicator and collaborator.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Nice to have: Prior consulting experience; Scrum Master/Product Owner certification; experience mentoring and team building.</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section">At .Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
