You’ll collaborate with clients and experienced engineers to understand business and technical challenges, build practical solutions, and integrate modern AI capabilities into real-world applications.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong application development fundamentals who is excited about <strong>Generative AI and LLMs</strong> and enjoys solving problems in customer-facing environments. You’ll have the opportunity to work across the solution lifecycle—from prototyping and integration through testing and deployment—while continuing to develop your expertise in AI engineering and solution architecture.</p> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in <strong>Python</strong> and experience building applications, backend services, or APIs.</li> <li>Solid <strong>software/application engineering fundamentals</strong>, including development, testing, debugging, and deployment.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with or strong practical knowledge of <strong>AI/ML and Generative AI</strong> technologies.</li> <li>Experience building applications or features using <strong>Large Language Models (LLMs)</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working with <strong>APIs and system integrations</strong>, including third-party services.</li> <li>Experience with at least one major <strong>cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP</strong>.</li> <li>Working knowledge of <strong>TypeScript</strong> and modern application development.</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>AI agents, agent orchestration, tool/function calling, or AI-powered workflows</strong>.</li> <li>Understanding of modern application and <strong>solution architecture principles</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to translate business and product requirements into practical technical solutions with support from senior team members.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating directly with <strong>clients, product teams, and engineers</strong>.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly in fast-moving technical environments.</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus points:</h3> <ul> <li>Experience working directly with customers in <strong>consulting, professional services, solutions engineering, or similar environments</strong>.</li> <li>Experience building <strong>prototypes or proofs of concept</strong> to validate technical ideas.</li> <li>Experience implementing <strong>RAG, AI agents, or agentic workflows</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search</strong>.</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, or AI observability</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with modern data platforms and AI infrastructure.</li> <li>Experience taking an AI-powered feature or application from prototype into a <strong>production environment</strong>.</li> </ul> <h3>You’ll Love:</h3> <ul> <li>Building real-world applications with <strong>Python, Generative AI, and LLMs</strong>.</li> <li>Working alongside experienced engineers and architects while continuing to grow your technical depth.</li> <li>Collaborating directly with customers to understand their challenges and turn ideas into working solutions.</li> <li>Building prototypes and seeing them evolve into production applications.</li> <li>Working across application engineering, cloud technologies, APIs, and modern AI systems.</li> <li>Experimenting with emerging AI technologies and learning how to apply them effectively to real business problems.</li> </ul> <p>By joining our team, you’ll be part of a winning squad that plays to each other’s strengths and celebrates every success together.</p> <p></p>
