and beyond, we want to hear from you.</p> <h3>Opportunity!</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for a <strong>Principal Mobile Engineer</strong> with deep expertise in <strong>Flutter and/or React Native</strong> to architect and build high-quality, cross-platform mobile products.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You’ll combine hands-on mobile engineering with technical leadership, working closely with clients, product teams, designers, and engineers to take products from concept and architecture through development and successful store deployment.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We’re particularly interested in mobile engineers who are embracing the next generation of software development—using <strong>AI-assisted and agentic coding tools</strong> to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and build intelligent capabilities directly into mobile products.</p> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Extensive professional experience building and delivering production-grade <strong>mobile applications</strong>.</li> <li>Deep expertise in <strong>Flutter and/or React Native</strong> and the surrounding cross-platform mobile ecosystem.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>mobile application architecture</strong>, including scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.</li> <li>Proven experience taking mobile products through the <strong>full development lifecycle</strong>, from architecture and implementation through App Store and Google Play deployment.</li> <li>Experience serving as a <strong>Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or senior technical owner</strong> for complex mobile initiatives.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>TypeScript/JavaScript</strong> for React Native specialists and <strong>Dart</strong> for Flutter specialists.</li> <li>Experience integrating mobile applications with <strong>REST APIs, backend services, third-party SDKs, authentication systems, and cloud services</strong>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of mobile testing strategies, code quality, performance optimization, monitoring, and release stability.</li> <li>Experience designing and maintaining <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> for mobile applications.</li> <li>Hands-on experience incorporating <strong>AI-assisted development tools</strong> such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies into engineering workflows.</li> <li>Understanding of how <strong>Generative AI and LLM capabilities</strong> can be integrated into modern mobile product experiences.</li> <li>Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and balance innovation with performance, maintainability, and user experience.</li> <li>Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with clients and translate business and product requirements into effective technical solutions.</li> <li>Ability to mentor other engineers, establish technical direction, and raise mobile engineering standards while remaining actively involved in delivery.</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus points:</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Experience building <strong>AI-powered mobile products</strong> or integrating Generative AI/LLM capabilities into mobile applications.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>agentic coding workflows, MCP, AI agents, or LLM-based development tooling</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with both <strong>Flutter and React Native</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>AWS or other cloud platforms</strong> and cloud-native backend services.</li> <li>Full-stack experience with technologies such as <strong>Node.js, React, Next.js, or similar frameworks</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with mobile technologies and tooling such as <strong>Expo/EAS, Firebase, native modules, or platform-specific SDKs</strong>.</li> <li>Experience building or integrating complex customer-facing features such as payments, notifications, analytics,
