This can be achieved by creating opportunities through various prospecting methods, following up on inbound leads, as well as reigniting open, outstanding customer opportunities.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Acquire Mid-Market-sized new logo accounts within assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.</li> <li>Build and maintain a pipeline of Mid-Market business opportunities by various prospecting methods, following lead cadence best practices, and conducting demos of our suite of products.</li> <li>Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products and educate the customer how each product will improve their business’s human firewall.</li> <li>Understand an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, potential roadblocks and next steps to shorten sales cycles and acquire a high volume of new logo accounts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Act strategically in offering subscription levels, multi-year deals and/or negotiating discounted pricing to increase ARR</li> <li>Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.</li> <li>Collaborate with the assigned Channel sales representative to seamlessly close new logos through our Partner business channels. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2-3 years experience selling to Mid-Market sized businesses</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with Salesforce, a plus</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with Gmail and Google Docs</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)<br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent verbal and written communications</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Stats driven business professional</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Motivated, energetic self-starter</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong collaborative and teamwork skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must be able to work with minimum supervision<br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fluent in German</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Our Fantastic Benefits</strong></p> <div class="gmail_default">We offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
