<p>The Real-Time Coaching (RTC) team is a critical component of KnowBe4's product development, focused on delivering features, enhancing product quality, and improving system stability. We are committed to building a robust and scalable platform, with a roadmap that includes major initiatives.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do (Responsibilities)</strong></p>
<p>As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be a contributing member of the team, helping to bridge our capacity gap and accelerate long-term strategic projects. Your responsibilities will include:<br>● Developing minor features and enhancements for the RTC application.<br>● Contributing to API integration development.<br>● Writing unit tests and actively working to improve code coverage.<br>● Participating in code reviews and learning software development best practices.<br>● Assisting with bug fixes and general maintenance tasks.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Bring (Required Skills)</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong foundation in software development:</p>
<p>● Strong foundation in frontend frameworks.<br>● Basic understanding of RESTful APIs.<br>● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).<br>● A strong problem-solving aptitude.<br>● Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</p>
