Ready to Press Play on Potential?</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Let's start with the role</strong></p> <p>As a Group Product Manager in the AI department, you will define and drive the vision and long-term strategy for Artificial Intelligence at Kaizen. You will lead a team of diverse AI product professionals to support development of AI-empowered products by using product and agile best practices in order to maximize the business value of the team's deliverables. This is a unique role that combines product leadership skills and knowledge of the machine learning / AI product lifecycle.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>As a Group AI Product Manager you will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define the AI product vision and strategy in alignment with Kaizen’s vision and strategy;</li> <li>Define success metrics (KPIs) and track the performance of AI products;</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain domain expertise, gathering business and customer requirements;</li> <li>Maintain or oversee the ΑΙ roadmap, ensuring impact-driven prioritization, data driven decision making, problem validation and alignment with internal stakeholders;</li> <li>Contribute or lead discovery process;</li> <li>Provide input towards measures of success for initiatives in conjunction with product owner &amp; analyst;</li> <li>Work closely with the AI engineering management team in order to execute the strategy and deliver high-quality AI products and solutions;</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities across products and the wider Gaming industry;</li> <li>Communicate product updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization;</li> <li>Mentor a team of product owners and analysts to support their growth. Manage them effectively to ensure successful completion of their goals;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ideate net new ideas for value across Kaizen products;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the team and organization by using both product and agile best practices;</li> <li>Assist with go to market strategy, design thinking workshops and other product practices, as and when required.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p> <p>Must have:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally in a B2C online business.</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from concept to launch.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams of product owners, product managers and product analysts.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate the AI product vision and strategy clearly and effectively to a broad audience of internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.</li> </ul> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>A deep understanding of traditional AI and genAI technologies.</li> <li>Experience in building data-intensive and AI-empowered digital products.</li> <li>Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.</li> <li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to AI and data (e.g. AI Act, GDPR).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We're looking for someone who is passionate about AI and wants to be at the forefront of innovation in the igaming industry.
