<p><span lang="EN-US">We are looking for a highly motivated, curious, and hands-on AI Engineer to join InterSystems’ internal innovation and engineering teams in Dubai. This role focuses on building AI-driven tools, prototypes, and platforms that support sales teams, professional services, and business operations across a global organization.</span></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the design and development of internal AI-driven applications and prototypes.</li>
<li>Support the implementation of applied AI use cases such as natural language processing, document intelligence, automation, agentic solutions.</li>
<li>Assist in integrating AI components into internal systems.</li>
<li>Develop and enhance user-facing components such as dashboards and web-based interfaces.</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior engineers and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Document code, models, and user-facing features.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience/Qualification Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Recent completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related STEM field.</li>
<li>Basic programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript.</li>
<li>Foundational understanding of AI concepts.</li>
<li>Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.</li>
<li>Understanding of REST APIs.</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.</li>
<li>Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, or RAG approaches.</li>
<li>Experience building simple dashboards or front-end applications.</li>
<li>Interest in enterprise software or healthcare systems.</li>
</ul>
