<p> </p></div><div>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Product Manager</strong> to lead internal systems, automation initiatives, and <strong>business process transformation</strong> projects from an initial business problem through<strong> implementation</strong>, <strong>adoption</strong>, and <strong>measurable </strong>results.</div>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<div>Partner with leadership and department heads to define the vision and direction for new solutions, systems, and process improvements that deliver measurable business outcomes</div>
</li>
<li>Transform strategic goals into actionable product solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities</li>
<li>Lead the <strong>end-to-end MarTech enterprise product lifecycle</strong> - own initiatives from an ambiguous business problem through discovery, process analysis, solution design, prioritization, delivery, implementation, adoption, and measurable business results</li>
<li>Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery</li>
<li>Analyze existing business processes and <strong>identify opportunities for automation and improvement</strong>. Re-engineer processes and <strong>implement </strong>new, effective solutions</li>
<li>
<div>Collaborate with business analysts, product designers, engineering teams, and other departments to deliver measurable outcomes. Independently own individual projects or specific product stages when needed</div>
</li>
<li>Work with process owners and department leaders to implement solutions in day-to-day operations, support adoption, collect feedback, and validate whether the expected business outcome has been achieved</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of relevant experience in Product, Project, Business Analysis, or transformation roles within digital or technology-driven companies, including <strong>direct ownership</strong> of internal systems or business process initiatives</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead <strong>cross-functional initiatives</strong> from an ambiguous business problem through discovery, solution design, delivery, implementation, adoption, and measurable results</li>
<li>Experience analyzing and re-engineering business processes, implementing internal products or systems, and driving digital transformation</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>product</strong> and<strong> project </strong>management practices, with the ability to determine when software development is needed and when a simpler operational or automation solution is more appropriate</li>
<li>Practical experience using AI, automation, and no-code/low-code tools to improve workflows, validate hypotheses, or build early-stage prototypes. Experience with tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar is preferred</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and delivery skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions</li>
<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and alignment skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority</li>
<li>Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones</li>
<li>Experience in B2B marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, marketing automation, or MarTech is a plus</li>
<li>Fluent English, both spoken and written</li>
