<p> </p></div><p>We are seeking a Middle+ Project Manager with strong project management experience to lead projects involving innovative AI and technology solutions.</p>
<p>This role is focused on project ownership and delivery, working across business and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs, shape requirements, and drive the implementation of technology and process improvements.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring project goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget</li>
<li>Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management</li>
<li>Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements</li>
<li>Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis</li>
<li>Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations</li>
<li>Organize the work of cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog</li>
<li>Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption</li>
<li>Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions</li>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of Project Management experience, with proven experience leading projects from initial request through implementation</li>
<li>Experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users</li>
<li>Experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects</li>
<li>Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes</li>
<li>Hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with proven implementation beyond development processes and default SDLC processes</li>
<li>Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)</li>
<li>Background in Business Analysis or Product Management is a plus</li>
<li>Proficiency in no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus</li>
