This is a <strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="99">Remote – Brazil</strong> position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.</p> <p data-path-to-node="7">CorpIT builds scalable, data-driven solutions that raise Wellhubber productivity across the organization. This role sits at the center of that mandate: you will be the technical owner and strategic voice for the platforms that every Wellhubber touches daily, balancing hands-on administration with long-term technology and vendor strategy. Reporting directly to the Corporate IT Director, you will act as a high-level technical lead and individual contributor, driving strategic partnerships with global vendors, managing enterprise AI capabilities, and collaborating across infrastructure, infosec, and executive leadership without people-management overhead.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></p> <p><em></em></p> <p><span data-path-to-node="4,0,0,0"></span></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="9,0,0">Own the end-to-end administration, configuration, and lifecycle management of our core corporate IT platforms (including Google Workspace, access tools, and endpoint ecosystems) from discovery to retirement.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,1,0">Drive our enterprise AI strategy hands-on by evaluating, installing, configuring, maintaining, and integrating tools like Gemini and Claude, while actively monitoring token costs and system efficiency.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,2,0">Establish and maintain a multi-quarter technology roadmap for all owned platforms, anticipating future business needs, evaluating market innovations, and executing time-bound milestones.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,3,0">Lead vendor relationship management end-to-end, steering contract renewals, pricing negotiations, SLA enforcement, and technical escalations directly with global tech partners.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,4,0">Own software licensing and cost optimization, systematically auditing usage data to right-size tiers and deliver transparent cost savings to leadership.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,5,0">Partner closely with Infosec, Legal, and Compliance to maintain secure access policies (ZTNA/SASE, SSO/MFA) and uphold strict security standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,6,0">Take a hands-on approach as an escalation subject-matter expert, building automated self-service workflows while solving complex cross-functional challenges alongside internal squads.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,7,0">Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
