This role involves guiding the team to prospect new partners, manage key relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and drive the team toward achieving their objectives. The director will balance executive day-to-day tasks with long-term strategic planning, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance team environment.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>YOUR IMPACT&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead and manage the Partner team in the countries, ensuring alignment with company objectives.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide direct supervision to the team, offering guidance and support for their performance and development, while maintaining alignment with company objectives.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for game-changing strategic partnerships, from outreach to launch.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for the strategy and delivery of sales targets in alignment with regional market dynamics.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee strategic account management for key partners, ensuring satisfaction and profitability.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement strategies to achieve OKRs, driving the team toward common goals.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Engage in account management with strategic partners, conducting meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring alignment with their future directions.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze and interpret reports and data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Influence and secure the resources needed to implement the strategy in alignment with leadership.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrate a strong interest in people development to successfully build a high- performing and engaged team.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as part of the country leadership team, proactively nurturing the culture and engagement of the workforce alongside other vertical leaders.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Share best practices with peers to improve the overall Wellhub ecosystem.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>WHO YOU ARE&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Solid experience in commercial and new business areas.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Solid experience in a leadership position&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication skills with the ability to influence various audiences to facilitate business proposal presentations.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of how a sports or fitness business operates.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in Salesforce management.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in corporate sales.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactive mindset toward AI adoption, leveraging generative AI and sales intelligence tools</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strategic vision.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Openness to exchanges and collaboration.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Continuous drive for high performance and team growth.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable with a regular travel schedule across regional territories to visit partners or other offices</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Mandatory fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
