An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Extending a customized Launcher in a large modular monorepo</p></li><li><p>Building Compose UI for the home screen, widgets and new features</p></li><li><p>Finding and fixing ANRs, crashes, slow starts and memory issues from the evidence (Perfetto, Crashlytics, Play vitals)</p></li><li><p>Shipping features behind Remote Config and A/B tests, then acting on the results</p></li><li><p>Contributing and maintaining the shared core library used by several apps</p></li><li><p>Owning an app or module over time: its bugs, architecture and design</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>3+ years of professional Android development experience</p></li><li><p>Solid Android fundamentals: lifecycles, coroutines, memory usage, process death, permission handling, Koin (or similar DI)</p></li><li><p>Sound app architecture: MVVM with a single source of truth for state, lifecycle-aware data flow, and fixing root causes rather than layering on workarounds</p></li><li><p>Production Jetpack Compose experience: attention to state and recomposition for performance tuning</p></li><li><p>Effective communicator; we work with a team across time zones and release frequently</p></li><li><p>Work with AI coding tools effectively</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Launcher or system-level Android work</p></li><li><p>Shipped a production Android app to real users and maintained it through later releases</p></li><li><p>Firebase (Remote Config, Crashlytics, Analytics)</p></li><li><p>Integrating ad SDKs or mediation providers</p></li><li><p>Flutter or other cross-platform experience</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $3,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p></li><li><p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p></li><li><p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>&gt;</strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>&gt;</strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>&gt;</strong> Interview with the client <strong>&gt;</strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
