An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Participates in post-Incident reviews of all Major Incidents and assists in determining action items to avoid similar issues/minimize downtime.</p></li><li><p>Provides reliable deployment and maintenance of distributed systems adhering to security best practices.</p></li><li><p>Assists in managing the Bank's Cloud Infrastructure Services, including software deployment, system setup, administration, monitoring, incident resolution, and disaster recovery.</p></li><li><p>Ensures and promotes a culture of continuous improvement, including identifying automation opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity with multiple concurrent users.</p></li><li><p>Produces and maintains documentation to support developed/deployed solutions.</p></li><li><p>Designs and maintains production monitoring tools and troubleshoots performance and stability issues.</p></li><li><p>Creates and maintains automated monitoring and reporting solutions for cloud infrastructure health, performance, and cost optimization.</p></li><li><p>Monitors cloud infrastructure to identify areas of improvement, reliability, and cost savings.</p></li><li><p>Develops and updates SOPs and Knowledge Articles for new feature launches or significant changes.</p></li><li><p>Performs configuration management, review, and governance of cloud resources, including IAM.</p></li><li><p>Actively troubleshoots issues during testing and production, resolving problems before deployment.</p></li><li><p>Participates in disaster recovery planning and testing.</p></li><li><p>Performs back-up and recovery of cloud-hosted systems.</p></li><li><p>Provides troubleshooting and Level 2 production support services.</p></li><li><p>Participates in routine on-call rotations.</p></li><li><p>Ensures and facilitates knowledge sharing within the department.</p></li><li><p>Maintains current knowledge of cloud trends and developments.</p></li><li><p>Contributes to the development of cloud standards, best practices, and organizational cloud capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Researches and drives adoption of cloud-native technologies.</p></li><li><p>Adheres to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including anti-money laundering laws.</p></li><li><p>Completes required training and identifies/report suspicious activity.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>College degree or equivalent management/work experience (At least 2 years), including practical experience in Information Technology and IT Security.</p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud-based enterprise infrastructure architecture and/or operations.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience designing applications (e.g., web, client/server, COM+, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting automation teams using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of infrastructure experience, including monitoring, DNS, DHCP, Backups, and Disaster Recovery.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of cloud technology and the Five Pillars of the Well-Architected Framework.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of information security/governance controls.</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and within a platform product team.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated and results-oriented.</p></li><li><p>Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Microsoft or AWS-related industry certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect -- Associate).</p></li><li><p>Terraform Associate Certification.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 -
