An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Own analysis for assigned mobile apps: activation, feature adoption, onboarding drop-off, engagement, and retention</p></li><li><p>Turn product questions into well-scoped analyses and clear recommendations</p></li><li><p>Build funnel, cohort, and retention analyses on large event datasets in BigQuery</p></li><li><p>Partner with product managers and engineers on event tracking plans and instrumentation QA</p></li><li><p>Run A/B tests from analysis through readout</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain SQL and dbt models that power reporting and analysis</p></li><li><p>Use AI tools daily to write and review queries, automate recurring reports, and speed up insight generation</p></li><li><p>Build dashboards and self-serve reports to support product owners</p></li><li><p>Catch anomalies and data integrity gaps, then fix or escalate them</p></li><li><p>Present findings to non-technical audiences in clear, concise narratives</p></li><li><p>Proactively surface trends and opportunities</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering in a remote, async-friendly environment</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>2+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related role</p></li><li><p>Strong SQL skills: CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and query optimization on large datasets</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform</p></li><li><p>Working familiarity with dbt and modern data modeling practices</p></li><li><p>Solid analysis skills: funnels, cohorts, retention, and event data</p></li><li><p>Experience with A/B testing: hypotheses, sample size, statistical significance, and interpreting results</p></li><li><p>Programming ability, ideally in Python, for analysis and automation beyond SQL</p></li><li><p>Daily use of AI tools in your analytics workflow</p></li><li><p>Experience with a BI or visualization tool (Datastudio, QuickSight, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities</p></li><li><p>Fluent English and at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Experience at a mobile app company</p></li><li><p>Experience with ad-monetized or subscription consumer apps</p></li><li><p>Experience with AI-powered BI tools or agent-driven reporting workflows</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p></li><li><p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p></li><li><p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>&gt;</strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>&gt;</strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>&gt;</strong> Interview with the client <strong>&gt;</strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
