An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Own product analytics across mobile apps and web/browser products: activation, feature adoption, onboarding drop-off, engagement and retention</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary analytics partner for product owners, shaping roadmap priorities with data</p></li><li><p>Build analytical frameworks to help product teams make data-informed decisions on new and existing features</p></li><li><p>Turn ambiguous product questions into concrete analyses and clear recommendations</p></li><li><p>Partner with product managers on event tracking plans and instrumentation QA</p></li><li><p>Own A/B tests and feature experiments end to end: hypothesis, power analysis, readout and ship decision</p></li><li><p>Use AI tools to automate recurring reporting and speed up insight generation</p></li><li><p>Build self-serve reporting for product owners</p></li><li><p>Find anomalies and data integrity gaps, and fix or escalate them</p></li><li><p>Present findings to non-technical audiences in clear, concise narratives</p></li><li><p>Proactively surface trends and opportunities</p></li><li><p>Mentor other analysts and share best practices across the team</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics or a related role with consumer mobile apps or web products</p></li><li><p>Advanced SQL: window functions, CTEs, complex joins and query optimization on large datasets</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experimentation experience, including A/B test design, power analysis and statistical testing</p></li><li><p>Strong product analytics fundamentals: funnel and cohort analysis, event data and instrumentation</p></li><li><p>Daily use of AI tools in your analytics workflow, such as Claude, Claude Cowork or Claude Code</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Python for analysis</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; you take ownership from question through recommendation</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent English and at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours (remote roles)</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Experience with ad-monetized or subscription consumer apps</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with dbt or modern data modeling practices</p></li><li><p>Experience with Android apps, browsers or browser extensions</p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud data warehouses on AWS or Google Cloud</p></li><li><p>Experience with Amazon Quick or other AI-powered BI tools</p></li><li><p>Experience building AI-powered or agent-driven reporting workflows</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $5,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p></li><li><p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p></li><li><p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>TBD <strong>></strong> Application review/approval <strong>></strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>></strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>></strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>></strong> Interview with the client <strong>></strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
