We are </span><strong>GoFasti, </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">a Talent-as-a-Service. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe. </span></p></div><p>We need an English-fluent<strong> Designer and Packaging Branding</strong>, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.<br><br>We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Own design for assigned fragrance collections and brand systems across SKUs, sizes, and substrates (with guidance from Sr/AD as needed).</p></li><li><p>Build distinct visual territories: color palettes, typography, finishes, pattern/illustration, iconography, and layout rules.</p></li><li><p>Show real stylistic range—luxury, masstige, mass, clean/clinical, vintage apothecary, Y2K/Gen Z, gender-neutral, holiday/gifting, collab/celebrity.</p></li><li><p>Translate trends and cultural signals into commercially strong, retailer-ready designs with clear hierarchy and shopability.</p></li><li><p>Create on-pack architecture (brand, line, variant, claims, regulatory) that balances beauty with clarity.</p></li><li><p>Design comps and mockups that sell the story: on-pack, secondary, merchandising, e-comm thumbnails/PDP, and simple POS.</p></li><li><p>Build concise style guides/toolkits that scale—logo usage, type systems, color logic, finishes, and layout patterns.</p></li><li><p>Use finishes and materials as part of the design language (foil, emboss/deboss, soft-touch, textures) with cost tiers in mind.</p></li><li><p>Run fast exploration: mood boards, type studies, palette/finish options, quick A/B shelf and thumbnail tests.</p></li><li><p>Present crisp rationale tied to consumer, retailer, and price tier; iterate quickly based on feedback without losing craft.</p></li><li><p>Conduct competitive scans and trend maps to position collections distinctly.</p></li><li><p>Design in-store merchandising displays per retailer and brand requirements.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Product Development, Compliance, Packaging Engineering, and Creative to ensure manufacturability; annotate design intent and provide build notes (not primary on mechanicals).</p></li><li><p>Prepare clean handoffs: organized files, naming, links, and spec notes so production/prepress can move fast.</p></li><li><p>QA your work: hierarchy, legibility, color calls, dieline fit; support key proof reviews for creative intent.</p></li><li><p>Share best practices with peers/juniors; contribute to libraries, templates, and checklists.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related; or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>5+ years in packaging and brand design (CPG/beauty/fragrance or adjacent), ideally with mass/private label experience.</p></li><li><p>Strong visual craft: typography, composition, hierarchy, and color systems; portfolio shows breadth across aesthetics and depth of refinement.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to turn direction into distinctive, scalable on-pack systems.</p></li><li><p>Clear presenter and storyteller; can defend choices with consumer and commercial logic.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative, organized, and reliable under deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of print/production to design.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (expert).</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Figma or Keynote/PowerPoint for guidelines and sell-in.</p></li><li><p>3D familiarity (KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Adobe Substance/Dimension) for believable mockups is a plus.</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Experience directing or collaborating on photography/CG for product and hero imagery.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to CAD/structural workflows (Esko, ArtiosCAD/Studio).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with retailer compliance and sustainability considerations (materials, coatings, recyclability).</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,000 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p></li><li><p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p></li><li><p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>TBD <strong>></strong> Application review/approval <strong>></strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>></strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>></strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>></strong> Interview with the client <strong>></strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
