An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p> <p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul class="tiptap-list-disc"> <li> <p>Own complex features and vertical slices end to end, from technical implementation through delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop scalable backend services using .NET Core and C#.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain responsive, user-facing applications using React or Angular.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design, implement, and integrate REST APIs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with MySQL databases, including queries, data modeling, and optimization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and address performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Tech Leads, Architects, Product, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Take ownership of assigned work and proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to improving development processes, code quality, and system reliability.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul class="tiptap-list-disc"> <li> <p>3+ years of professional software development experience for Intermediate candidates; 5+ years preferred for Senior candidates.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C#.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working with MySQL or similar relational databases.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong experience with at least one modern frontend framework: React or Angular.</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend/frontend integration.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience writing unit and integration tests.</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of software performance, scalability, and reliability.</p> </li> <li>Experience using AI tools.</li> <li>Highly autonomous and self-sufficient in their processes</li> <li> <p>Ability to independently own features from development through testing and delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a distributed team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong English communication skills.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul class="tiptap-list-disc"> <li> <p>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with performance optimization and monitoring.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with modern software architecture and design patterns.</p> </li> <li> <p>Previous experience working with distributed or nearshore engineering teams.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul class="tiptap-list-disc"> <li> <p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $3,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p> </li> <li> <p>This is a 40 hours per week.</p> </li> <li> <p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p> </li> <li> <p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>GF CoderByte <strong>&gt;</strong> Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>&gt;</strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>&gt;</strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>&gt;</strong> Interview with the client <strong>&gt;</strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
