<p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p>

<li>Apoiar o acompanhamento das filas operacionais, monitorando <strong>volumes de contestações, produtividade, SLA e possíveis desvios</strong>.</li>
<li>Auxiliar na análise dos processos, identificando <strong>oportunidades de melhoria, retrabalhos, gargalos e possíveis causas de ineficiência</strong>.</li>
<li>Apoiar a organização e atualização de materiais relacionados às <strong>regras Visa e Mastercard</strong>, procedimentos internos e alterações de processos.</li>
<li>Apoiar a elaboração de <strong>apresentações, indicadores e reportes gerenciais</strong>, consolidando resultados, principais ofensores, causas-raiz, ações em andamento, responsáveis e prazos.</li>
<li>Contribuir para a organização e acompanhamento dos <strong>planos de ação e iniciativas de melhoria contínua</strong> da área.</li>

<li>Raciocínio analítico</li>
<li>Excel e facilidade com dados</li>
<li>Organização e atenção aos detalhes</li>
<li>Curiosidade e capacidade de investigar problemas</li>
<li>Comunicação e capacidade de síntese</li>
<li>Estar cursando Administração, eng. de dados, economia, estatística, ciência de dados ou sistemas da informação.</li>

<p><strong>Desirable Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Excel intermediário, especialmente tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas e tratamento de dados.</li>
<li>PowerPoint, para construção e organização de apresentações.</li>
<li>Conhecimento ou interesse em Power BI será diferencial.</li>
<li>Interesse por análise de dados, indicadores e melhoria de processos.</li>
<li>Conhecimento de IAs (desejável)</li>
