<p>We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our Incentive Experience team. This role will report to the Product Lead for Incentive Experience. This team owns the member-facing experience for paying for healthcare and being reimbursed for care by Garner. In this role, you’ll be given wide-ranging responsibility to shape how Garner incentivizes members to visit top-performing providers, and how we improve the affordability and convenience of paying for healthcare for patients.</p>
<h3><strong>Where you will work:</strong></h3>
<p>This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. </p>
<h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop the roadmap for Incentive Experience, shaping our strategy and developing new ways to make Garner the most compelling and convenient way to pay for your healthcare</li>
<li>Build the operational engine and applications that will enable us to pay $100m+ in reimbursements in 2026 while scaling rapidly and maintaining exceptional quality of service</li>
<li>Embed deeply with members, employers, and operational teams to understand their pain points and develop product ideas</li>
<li>Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch</li>
<li>Define success metrics for every initiative, ensuring we have the data in place to measure outcomes and rallying the team around what winning looks like and how we get there</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>The ideal candidate has:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of Product Management experience with at least one role that involved owning and shipping a consumer-facing product or features from discovery through launch and iteration</li>
<li>Strong consumer product intuition, with a deep understanding of what drives exceptional user experiences</li>
<li>Experience building tools for operational teams at scale, with with a clear-eyed understanding of what makes internal products succeed</li>
<li>Exceptional written communication, with the ability to communicate decisions and strategy clearly and concisely to your team, stakeholders, and executive team</li>
<li>A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Compensation Transparency:</strong></h3>
<p>The target salary range for this position is $180,000 - $205,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div>
