<p>We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst to join Garner and drive how data shapes business decisions at scale. You'll be the person the business trusts to turn fuzzy questions into the metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses that decisions actually get made on — owning that work end-to-end. </p>
<h3><strong>Where you will work:</strong></h3>
<p>This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. </p>
<h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own KPIs and dashboards end-to-end.</strong> Build, maintain, and govern key KPIs and dashboards across business domains, managing the full lifecycle of analytics projects from scoping to delivery.</li>
<li><strong>Be a thought partner on measurement.</strong> Partner with stakeholders to define how success is measured across Garner's products and operations.</li>
<li><strong>Build scalable data pipelines.</strong> Collaborate with the data engineering team to create maintainable pipelines that power reliable reporting.</li>
<li><strong>Develop deep domain expertise.</strong> Build a strong understanding of your analytical domain so you can independently drive meaningful insights.</li>
<li><strong>Close reporting gaps.</strong> Identify where coverage is missing and proactively develop new dashboards and insights to fill them.</li>
<li><strong>Raise the bar on data practices.</strong> Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication across teams.</li>
<li><strong>Answer high-stakes, ambiguous questions.</strong> Run deep-dive investigations into complex business problems — the kind of analysis leadership uses to make strategic calls.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>The ideal candidate has:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>5+ years</strong><strong> of experience </strong>in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-functional translation.</strong> Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Autonomy and ownership.</strong> Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.</li>
<li><strong>Automation mindset.</strong> Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.</li>
<li><strong>AI Nativity.</strong> Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.</li>
<li><strong>Making data accessible</strong>. A track record of getting stakeholders trustworthy, self-serve access to the information they need. Experience with a BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) helps — but the outcome matters more than the specific tool.</li>
<li><strong>Modern data stack. </strong>Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; experience with dbt strongly preferred — you'll partner with Data Management in governed pipelines, not just consume their outputs.</li>
<li>A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.</li>

<h3><strong>Compensation Transparency:</strong></h3>
<p>The target salary range for this position is $167,000 - $210,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div>
