<p>We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Flexport's product team and own a critical part of how we serve clients and operators across global logistics. You'll define the vision and roadmap for your product area, ship features that drive measurable business outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, and operations teams to solve hard problems at scale.</p>
<p>Flexport's platform powers every stage of global freight, from booking and pricing to visibility, customs, and delivery. The products you build will be used daily by logistics managers, supply chain leaders, freight operators, and internal teams who keep goods moving around the world. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong product instincts with deep analytical skills and comfort navigating complex domains.</p>
<h2 data-path-to-node="4">The team:</h2>
<p data-path-to-node="5">The <strong>Commerce</strong> team owns the end-to-end quality, automation, and profitability of Flexport’s commerce domain. We build intelligent agents to automate critical commerce workflows, including quoting, billing, and invoicing, while driving cost intelligence across every shipment process gate to optimize profitability. Additionally, our team expands the marketplace catalog for new offerings and develops next-generation, client-facing commerce products and payments technology.</p>
<h2><strong>You will:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Define and deliver product features that improve key commerce workflows for internal operators and clients across Flexport's platform</li>
<li>Own your product area end-to-end, building and executing product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months</li>
<li>Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations, including quoting, billing, and invoicing</li>
<li>Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics workflows into clear, intuitive experiences</li>
<li>Collaborate closely across a global footprint with engineering teams in the West Coast US and China, participating in regular cross-border syncs</li>
<li>Use data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and identify opportunities</li>
<li>Develop analytics frameworks to track product health, user engagement, and business outcomes</li>
<li>Contribute to medium- and long-term product strategy, with opportunities to shape the future of the platform</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>You should have:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of product management experience, or other domain-relevant experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months working closely with an engineering team and cross-functional partners</li>
<li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills. You are comfortable working with complex datasets, building metrics frameworks, and using data to make decisions. SQL proficiency required</li>
<li>A track record of shipping intuitive UX in data-dense, complex domains</li>
<li>Experience building user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate deeply with designers, engineers, and commercial or operations teams</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially around tradeoffs and prioritization</li>
<li>Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology is a plus</li>
