As part of the People Analytics team, you'll turn data into actionable insights that shape our talent strategy and employee experience!<br>You'll work on top of a modern stack (BigQuery, Dataform, Looker, Google Sheets/Apps Script) and connect HRIs and ATS systems. We use AI daily to build faster, and we expect you to do the same, with good judgment.<br><br></div> <ul> <li>Be the reference for People data insights, supporting HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams in their decisions.</li> <li>Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports for key People metrics (headcount, attrition, compensation, performance, hiring).</li> <li>Write SQL (BigQuery) and model People data so it is reliable, documented and reusable.</li> <li>Build internal tools and lightweight apps on top of our data, using LLM-assisted development, to replace manual People processes.</li> <li>Design and validate AI-powered workflows over People data (e.g. natural-language querying, automated reporting), with a strong focus on privacy and access control.</li> <li>Own data quality and consistency across People systems: detect issues, trace them to the source and fix them.</li> <li>Keep exploring new tools and methods to raise the bar of what People Analytics can do.</li> </ul> <div><br> <h2>Who You Are</h2> </div> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in data analytics; People Analytics is a plus.</li> <li>Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar (a Master's is a plus).</li> <li>Strong SQL and solid command of Google Sheets/Excel; experience with a BI tool (Looker or similar).</li> <li>Hands-on experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) to accelerate SQL, scripting or app development, and the judgment to review and validate their output.</li> <li>Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and turn data into recommendations.</li> <li>Care for sensitive data: you understand why compensation and performance data need special handling, especially with AI tools.</li> <li>Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Why You'll Love It Here</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
