<p>We are <em>the</em> leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform with a clear mission: <strong>to democratize access to culture and entertainment. </strong></p>

<p><strong>Who you'll work with</strong><br><br>You will join Madrid’s office to work in teams and interact with our partners, providers, venues, and local Fever teams worldwide. <br><br>In this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.<br><br>The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. </p>
<p>Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.<br><br><strong>What you'll do</strong><br><strong><br></strong>As a Global Junior Project Manager, you will support worldwide teams in developing, launching, and improving scalable theatrical experiences, from early concept development and testing through launch and expansion. You will help coordinate the different workstreams required to turn a theatrical concept into a high-quality, repeatable live experience.</p>

<li>Take day-to-day ownership of the quality improvement cycle for our theatrical experiences: monitor customer feedback, ratings, and operational challenges; identify recurring issues; and coordinate actions to improve the guest experience.</li>
<li>Own and continuously improve the documentation and processes that support the development and scaling of our theatrical experiences, including project plans, production guidelines, launch checklists, reporting, and knowledge-sharing tools.</li>
<li>Project-manage cross-functional initiatives such as cost-optimization projects, new program creation, and other initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and commercial performance of our experiences.</li>
<li>Contribute to business planning for new and existing concepts.</li>
<li>Help define and document repeatable models, processes, and tools that support expansion into new markets.</li>
<li>Prepare clear updates, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.</li>
<li>Build strong working relationships with local teams and external partners. <br><br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years in a project management role, consulting background or entertainment project management </li>
<li>Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, projects, or workstreams, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.</li>
<li>Fluent in English. Spanish and other languages are a plus.</li>
<li>Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly, with strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Solution-focused, with the ability to identify problems, structure information, and help define practical solutions.</li>
<li>Curious and keen to push boundaries, test new concepts, and learn from customer and operational feedback.</li>
<li>Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and support all tasks required to develop and launch live experiences.</li>
<li>Strong academic background is a plus.</li>
