Reporting directly to the Lead Counsel IBERIA, you will play a key role in enabling Fever’s continued regional expansion in Portugal and the rest of Iberia region.</p> <p>As Legal Counsel - Portugal, you will provide proactive, business-oriented legal support across a wide range of matters — from commercial contracts and corporate governance to regulatory and compliance issues. You’ll collaborate closely with teams such as Business Development, Tax, Finance, Product, Originals and Operations to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal guidance that supports Fever’s continued growth across the region.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse, high-performing legal team that combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset. You’ll work in a dynamic, international environment where your input will have real impact, contributing to Fever’s mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment experiences worldwide.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><span style="font-size: 18pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drafting / revising Portuguese and English language commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP submission documentation and similar legal documents</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Supporting commercial teams in the negotiation of deals and documents</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assisting and participating in knowledge management and operational excellence within Legal, including by identifying the need for and participating in preparation of templates, guides, processes and similar documents and tools</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participating in ongoing compliance functions and product advice as required&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 18pt;">Who You Are</span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Be a practising lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience working in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language a strong plus.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working on international projects or with global teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You can expect to join a team of diverse, hardworking, and kind professionals.
