You’ll qualify and nurture inbound interest, and craft targeted outbound plays, while sharpening the sales methodologies that will fuel your growth (and ours).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">What success looks like in your first year:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>3 months:</strong> Ramp up our offering, tools, and messaging.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>6 months:</strong> Consistently generate and progress qualified opportunities for private events. font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for Fever for Business’ privatized events offering.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain spotless CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree or higher education from a top university or business school</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, media, or events company, is strongly preferred</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
