We are in charge of creating, developing, improving, and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience. </span></p>
<h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for an Engineering Lead with a strong Frontend background to lead a team of software engineers and drive the technical direction of our web experiences and platforms.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining frontend engineering, architecture, delivery and people leadership. You will remain close to the technology while helping your team make sound technical decisions, build scalable and maintainable solutions, and deliver experiences that create meaningful business impact.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">You will work closely with Product, Design and other stakeholders to define priorities, translate product and business challenges into technical solutions, and continuously improve both our platforms and the way we build them.</p>
<h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor and grow a team of software engineers.</li>
<li>Drive the technical direction of frontend platforms and web experiences.</li>
<li>Stay close to the code, contributing to architecture, technical design and key engineering decisions.</li>
<li>Build scalable, performant and maintainable solutions for high-volume user-facing products.</li>
<li>Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.</li>
<li>Improve engineering efficiency through technical standards, tooling and automation.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, reliability and developer experience.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>About you</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience in Frontend Engineering and modern web technologies.</li>
<li>Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Angular or similar.</li>
<li>Previous experience as an Engineering Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Frontend Engineer or similar role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance and scalability.</li>
<li>Comfortable remaining hands-on and making technical and architectural decisions.</li>
<li>Experience mentoring engineers and supporting their professional development.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and experience working closely with Product and Design.</li>
<li>Experience with high-traffic digital products or fast-growing technology companies is a plus.</li>
